Steps to Embarkation
Purchasing tickets
Please purchase tickets in advance via online reservation.
Tickets may also be purchased on site on the day of the event, subject to availability.
For group use, please contact us using the Inquiry Form.
Assembling at the boarding point
at least 15 minutes before departure
Please arrive at the port at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time of your desired cruise.
It may take some time to complete the boarding procedures on national holidays, at weekends, and during summer vacation periods. So please allow plenty of time for the boarding procedure.
Boarding procedures at the boarding point
Boarding procedures will be completed at the port of embarkation.
If you have already purchased tickets in advance, please have your QR code or confirmation screen ready.
If you have chosen to pay locally, please make your payment here.
Embarkation
At the appointed time, we will begin boarding.
